Rob is a Certified Neuro Change Practitioner and Mentor, a qualified Mental Health First Aid Professional and Instructor and the founder of LIFECYCLE.
After a 20 year successful corporate career which included senior leadership roles at Sharp Electronics, AO.com and Sofology, Rob moved into TV production as a Freelance Producer, making content that aired across the SKY and Virgin platforms. He is also a professional actor, with appearances in Peaky Blinders, Emmerdale and Coronation Street and an ex- Ironman Triathlete, having successfully completed Ironman UK in 2014 and 2015.
Throughout this period, Rob has gained a detailed and intimate understanding of the importance Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Mental Health Management. He speaks regularly on the topic on Men's Mental Health, is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, has qualifications in NeuroPsychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and now brings all of this awareness and experience to LIFECYCLE.
